{"id":5926,"date":"2022-02-22T08:28:02","date_gmt":"2022-02-22T08:28:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medicinasinc.com\/nl\/?post_type=product&#038;p=5926"},"modified":"2026-03-24T23:46:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T23:46:33","slug":"koop-thj-018","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/medicinasinc.com\/nl\/product\/koop-thj-018\/","title":{"rendered":"Koop THJ-018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ondanks de stijgende prevalentie van nieuwe psychoactieve stoffen zijn er momenteel geen gegevens over het metabolisme bij de mens beschikbaar, waardoor laboratoriumdocumentatie van inname in urinemonsters en beoordeling van de farmacodynamische, farmacokinetische en toxicologische kenmerken van het geneesmiddel moeilijker wordt.<\/p>\n<p>Synthetische cannabisindazol-analogen van JWH-018 en THJ-2201 werden in 2014 u<a href=\"https:\/\/magicmushroomsporesusa.com\/product\/magic-mushroom-grow-kit\/\">i<\/a>tgebracht als THJ-018 en THJ-2201.<\/p>\n<p>THJ 018 is een gloednieuw synthetisch medicijn dat te koop is. Het is geclassificeerd als een cannabino\u00efde. Deze verbinding is een derivaat van het bekende jwh 018-medicijn.<\/p>\n<p>Het National Forensic Laboratory Information System heeft 220 THJ-2201-rapporten, volgens AM-2201. In januari 2015 classificeerde de Drug Enforcement Administration THJ-2201 als Schedule I vanwege de vele ongewenste voorvallen.<\/p>\n<p>METHODEN: Na 3 uur incuberen van 10 mol\/L THJ-018 en THJ-2201 in menselijke hepatocyten, we gebruikten massaspectrometrie met hoge resolutie (HR-MS) (TripleTOF 5600+) om optimale metabolietmarkers te ontdekken. Productiescans met massadefectfilters werden geactiveerd door volledige scan en informatieafhankelijke acquisitie. MetaSite werd gebru<a href=\"https:\/\/darkwaterreptiles.org\/product\/red-fire-female-bearded-dragon\/\">i<\/a>kt om in silico-metabolietenvoorspellingen te doen, die vervolgens werden vergeleken met metabolieten gevonden in menselijke hepatocyten.<\/p>\n<p>RESULTATEN: Er werden dertien THJ-018-metabolieten gevonden, met hydroxylering op de N-pentylketen en daaropvolgende oxidatie of glucuronidering is de belangrijkste metabole route. Er werden 27 metabolieten gevonden in THJ-2201, waarvan de meerderheid oxidatieve defluorering was gevolgd door carboxylatie of glucuronidering, evenals glucuronidering van gehydroxyleerde metabolieten.<\/p>\n<p>Beide verbindingen vertoonden dihydrodiolsynthese op de naftaleengroep. MetaSite-voorspelling was nauwkeurig voor THJ-018-hepatocytmetabolieten, terwijl oxidatieve defluorering van THJ-2201 werd onderschat.<\/p>\n<p>CONCLUSIES: We onderzochten het THJ-018- en THJ-2201-metabolisme in menselijke hepatocyten met behulp van HR-MS voor data-acquisitie en verwerking, en we raden relevante indicatoren aan voor laboratoria om inname van THJ-018 en THJ-2201 te identificeren en gedocumenteerde nadelige resultaten te relateren aan deze nieuwe synthetische cannabino\u00efden.<\/p>\n<p>SC&#8217;s binden aan endogene cannabino\u00efde-receptoren en produceren cannabimimetische effecten die vergelijkbaar zijn met 9 -tetrahydrocannabinol (1, 2). Misbruik van SC3 leidt tot ernstige bijwerkingen zoals acute nierschade, myocardinfarct en overlijden (3, 4).<\/p>\n<p>Ondanks deze risico&#8217;s blijven mensen SC gebruiken.
